Two months ago I began taking generic Ritalin for adult ADD which I never treated previously. AMAZING RESULTS! The problem is, the DR. started me on 20 mg, then increased it to 40 mg the next month and I go back one week from today andI would like it increased to 60 mg. I want to do this because I seriously hit a "wall" around dinnertime and just want to take another one in the afternoon to help me focus into the evening hours. I'm just concerned that If I plain out ask it will look like drug seeking behavior, but if I dont I will feel kinda crappy, but if I manipulate that is dishonest! I dont know, I hope people with experience will help me answer this question! Thanks!

You should tell your doctor about any reactions you have to the medications. If you need to be on a higher dose, then you will just need to be on a higher dose. There is a difference in drug seeking and just wanting to feel better. The doctor has been trained in that area and will advise you if that dose will be to high for you.
sound like you need the sr tab (slow release) then a lower dose about 2pm ( not sr or you wont sleep)
This is what the dr did for my on with adhd and it works quiet well
