And? Lift anything heavy lately? Had any kind of injury to it you can remember? Bug bite? How old are you and which arm? Left? Chest pain or shortness of breath, sweating? There are lots of ways we could go with this. Put more details in your question and you'll get better answers.
Stress probably having seen your last questions. I have been to the doctor twice thinking I was having a heart attack with a pain in my left arm. Both times down to stress. Also depression makes you think all sorts of things are going wrong with your body.

I will guess it is the left arm and you feel sick or nauseous. If you can take one half or one aspirin for your heart. Lie flat till it passes. Stay in a cool place.
go to the hospital and get checked out!! if your nauseous
and your arm hurts it could be serious.
