Can cod liver capsules be given to 3 year old kids?

I don't see why not.
It is just a fish oil, and we were all given that nasty stuff when we were kids, even 3yolds. It is good for the growing organism, and the capsules are a much more pleasant then a spoonfull of the stuff.
The only concern is - how big are the capsules. because if they are very big - the child may have difficulty swallowing it
