Tea and coffee headaches?

Question:
whenever I drink tea or coffee I get a bad headache.. really bad... I thought it might be the caffeine but I still get a headache if I drink decaff... I can drink coke and hot chocolate so maybe its not caffeine or hot drinks... does anyone know what might cause the headaches?

Answers:
i get headaches if i dont drink tea truthfully
Are you putting something in the tea or coffee? Maybe it is that. I know I have a migraine if I drink or eat artificial sweetner. If you are putting something in it, eliminate it and try it again.
I'm a pretty good fake doctor, but i must say, I'm stumped on this, so I'm sending you to a specialist.
let me quote part of modern revelation revealed in 1833 to a prophet Joseph Smith
Doctrine and Covenants chapter 89 verse 17
!! Never the less,.wheat for man, and corn for the ox, and rye for the fowls and for the swine, and for all beasts of the field ,and barley, for all usual animals,AND FOR MILD DRINKS, as also other grain !! unquote
may be you are an angel on earth and god is keeping you safe by creating headaches to warn you that it is bad for you ,,and that-he has something glorious for you to do and wants no harm to come to you

my niece did a survey at college about harm-full invisible drugs, she stopped drinking teas and coffees for a 4 week period after which she became healthier and when she came to drink coffe and tea again she could not stand the smell nore the headaches it gave her she does not drink it now,
It is possible that you are allergic to coffee Check with your doctor to know your level of tolerance for coffee and milk
You will be lucky to get any help from a GP on food allergies - it's very low priority.

Start with eliminating milk - replace it with Soya milk - get the light version you will not notice the difference. If the headaches continue, are you taking sugar is so, try putting honey in instead. It's a process of elimination. You need to give it time to work as well, often you get a headache when you withdraw something from your diet!
I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and yes it could be the milk you could be lactose intolerant. Dairy products should be avoided.See you Dr he will send you for tests
