Answers: I'm considerably older than you but I too enjoy to wear diapers 24 / 7 to work and everywhere else for that matter.
I wear pant that have the pleats surrounded by the front, which helps to desguise the bulk of the diaper as economically it gives a fuller cut through the form of the pants so that when you are standing or walking, the bulk of the diaper's rear side doesn't show.
I actually wear two diapers at a time because I am such a sturdy wetter. I cut the backing of the first diaper I put on so the moisture will soak through and into the second diaper.
I wear a duo of regular underpants over the diaper and unless someone is really looking close or knows what to look for, they won't become aware of that a diaper is under your clothing.
I don't know what the dress code is where on earth you work, but if it is business casual you could do what I do also, specifically wear a polo style shirt which has a long tail. Wear the tail outside your pant and if it is long enough it will hang up down over your pants far adequate to hide any remaining telltail signs of your diaper that may be showing.
As I said up to that time, I wear a pair of regular underpants over my diaper, this help to completely hide any rumpus that a properly fitted diaper could make.
