Is it bad to wear earplugs every night?


Question:
I seem to be unable to fall asleep with any noise coming from inside or outside the house. So I put earplugs in every night.
Is it bad to use them so often?

Answers:
I used them for many years when I was married to a man who snored really bad. No side effects as long as You clean the plugs before inserting them.
