This was on Oprah once. They had the squatters versus the sitters! The squatters refuse to touch the seat, but then they leave a big mess. I hate those generic notes that people put in stalls, but this situation may call for one!

If you sprinkle when you tinkle please be neat and wipe the seat. or make something up that looks official that says that you are trying to keep the work environment clean and safe and that messes should be cleaned up promptly... Hopefullly that would be enough to get the person consious of their actions... otherwise. check before you sit and pray for the best. You might also ask the managment if you can place toilet seat protectors in the ladies room. sometimes people get germy and don't want to sit down and do it because they think they might catch something, when this actually gives other people germys...
Ewwwwwwey!! Maybe there is something wrong with her. Though i'm not sure if that would be mentaly or physicaly. I can't imagine a sane person doing it intentionally.
thats sick!...you should probably comment it to somebody while that lady is around so she can hear it...say things like..."omg who keeps doing that" and "they need help".."who ever it is" and maybe by you saying that she might realize that she need to be more careful...or at least clean up after herself.
This situation must be addressed by the woman's supervisor. Too much chance of transmitting disease to let it keep happening. Who has to clean up after her anyway? You must let her boss/supervisor know the situation. It might we wise to get several people to report it as a group so you don't get labeled as a troublemaker. Avoid embarrassing the woman if possible. Maybe she has a physical disability or something you don't know about. Meanwhile I would not use the same toilet she is using even if I had to drive to another location to use the toilet! Icky, Icky, Icky.
