A couple times a day...?

Question:
I have this darting pain in some organ right below my ribs, im not sure what, and im not sure exactly where your lungs are, I do have slight asthma, anyway. This pain is short yet sharp and usually occurs when lying down. Is this something to worry about?

Answers:
Perhaps its pleurisy. Its a condition in which there is not enough "lube" between the bi-layers of the lungs. This lack of lube causes friction between the layers and causes a short, sharp pain in the general vicinity of the lungs. This is sometimes accompanied by shortness of breath and is usually aggravated by the breathing itself. Check with your doctor. Good luck!
Why don't you go and see about it?
see your doctor!
if it causes you shortness of breath as well you should see the Dr
Could be your gallbladder or liver. I would check with the Dr. definetely get checked by the Dr.
go to your doctors.
Thats where your liver is. Do you drink a lot?

Press gently, see if any pain.

Anyways, see your Doc.

Blood tests will tell the liver story.
