i'm 28 and i wear depending on the shoe, between the sizes of 3, 4 , and sometimes 5. if it's an open toe shoe, or flip flop then i have gone all the way down to a size 1 and sometimes i'll go as high as a 6, they are usually big, but it's ok if it's just a flip flop or something, i think i have normal arches. my 6 year old neice thinks it's funny because i can put her shoes on and run away from her and she tries to catch me to get them back. and if i get tired of a pair of shoes, i can give them to her.
