But she even used 4-5 of them and she drank so much water, and ate fruits and juicy stuff!! She has terrible pain and after 4 days she still has not sh****!! And I just worry. I dont know what is the solution since no pills and medicine has helped her.
Answers:
I agree with the person above. A blockage could be occuring that is stuck in the intestines (small or large). This I would take a visit to the ER for. Also, your large intestine wraps around from the middle of your body by your anus to the left cavity, then heads up along your left side and then over to the right just below your stomach then south again on the right cavity to connect to your small intestine. The FIRST curve your large intestine makes to go north is crucial with pain. Reason being is you WILL have serious pain and possible bleeding if your stool builds up to that first curve. If she has been constipated to this point it's possible this is occuring. I would go to the ER in your scenario, I really would.

No but seriously what she needs to do is get a friend to pull the poo out of her bung hole, or she could do it herself but make sure she as some lubricant and a shovel and bucket.
If all that hasn't helped and it's been that long, she should probably go to the ER. She may have an intestinal obstruction which is causing a blockage. This can be dangerous...can cause an intestinal tear or, worse, rupture.
She needs to see a doctor ASAP.
If she is experiencing extreme pain, then she could have a blockage - in that case, the doctor needs to pump the stuff out of her. Get her to the ER, if the pain gets worse, and becomes unbearable.
I would pull Hillary Clinton out of her a••. Actually the continued use of laxatives is not good for the digestive system. Rather than accept medical advice from YouQA.com , I would prefer to consult a doctor.
