take internally some Papaya Juice/Nectar and/or Papaya Concentrate (straight)
take herbally some Ginger(powder form or raw).
Are you usually afraid to eat, or is this just because you have an upset stomach right now?
If you are just worried about an upset stomach, soda crackers and 7-up are very calming and usually won't make you throw up.
I would try dry toast or crackers. Also, if you've been throwing up a lot, I would sip Gatorade or some other sports drink throughout the day--excessive vomiting can deplete your electrolytes as well as dehydrate you.
theres a good possibility you could be pregnant. when i was pregnant i couldnt eat cheese, eggs, or noodles. so stay away from them and eat some crackers they settle your stomache, for just regular sick and for morning sickness too. stay away from greasy foods. eat some chicken noodle soup. those noodles shouldnt bother you. eat slower then you normally do. it makes it easier for your stomache. take some pepto-bismal. and take a pregnancy test too. good luck.
saltine crackers are the best. don't drink a lot of water because your stomach won't like it and everything will come back up again. also try toast with or without peanut butter.
eat something plain like crakers or toast if that doesnt come back up. call in sick to your work and go to the doctor!!
Sometimes I feel like I could be sick and know I just need to eat something and saltines (crackers) always work for me.
