This questions goes for all of those who've developed fallen arches, not those born with flat feet. Please include what your shoe size was prior to your arches dropping and your shoe size after the fact.
Answers:
Mine fell a long time ago. I was 10 1/2 before and after. I did notice that I found a wide shoe to be more comfortable.
Also, if you are into running, New Balance seems to have the best shoes for flat feet.
Yes, from size 6 1/2 to size 7. (After pregnancy.)
