One would really need to see them for any diagnosis to be possible. I get asked to look at normal valate papillae on the back of the tongue about 4 times a year, by patients who have just spotted them.

could be your tonsils, maybe they are inflamed, if you have tonsilitis you will need antibiotics or failing that maybe have them removed
more than likely your tonsils well go to help you out go to webmd.com. And go to sytum checker and type in ur sytums. It tell u what u have and whether or not you have to go to the doctors.

Don't take any notice of that p***k (tom g) just go to your Doctor and get it sorted out. It's probably a thing of nothing.

Without more information it is hard to tell, are they yellow, then it is an infection, how big are they, are they sore. See your doctor, he will clear it up for you and put your mind at rest.
