A vein[or something underneath] really really swollen and hurting?

Question:
ok well on my bikini line theres this lump that looks like it might be under a vein, or be the vein itself. Or could it be a gland or something? It doesn't hurt until I touch it. I just noticed it last night after riding my horse bareback.. not sure if that has anything to do with it since I had weight on it? I'm 13 and a girl. I'm kinda getting worried about it. It feels more like a swollen gland? But I don't know if theres any down there or why its swollen? I just want to know if anyone knows what it is and if its going to be ok. Going to the doctor isnt really and option...

[this is just a side account I goof around on with my friend.. so that explains the avatar xD]

Um. Frequent Heroin use causes this. maybe stop that.

You do have glands there, and swelling in that area could be an indicator of something very serious. It could also be a blood clot - another serious condition. Why is going to the doc not an option? That is your best bet to find out what is going on.
Why cant you go to the doctor. Just tell your mom(or a trusted adult female) about it.
Any activity you are not used to can have unexpected effects. At 13 you worry about a lot of things. Leave it alone for a couple of days. If it gets worse tell mom or dad. Heck tell mom or dad now.

Ice is always a good idea. Women who just have babies sit on ice to bring down the swelling. Don't wait more then a couple of days though.

If it gets worse tell someone immediately.
