Are you eating spicy foods? MSG? You may have an allergy to what you are eating. Try to keep a list of what you eat (a diary) and see if you can't pinpoint the problem.

This happens to me when I eat food that is really hot (fire hot) and sometimes when something is spicy. :) I love spicy food, but I must keep a kleenex box nearby!
