I feel sick and my tummy feels weird?

Question:
Yesterday morning i was very gutsy and ate a huge tub of low fat natural yogurt to which i added fruit to try and give it flavour because it was foul tasting. ( im on a diet see).

Anyway, being an idiot I downed the whole lot. Last night i started to feel really sick, my stomach has been churning since about 5 pm yesterday and (sorry about the detail) but my farts are so bad and so frequent that people are actually getting annoyed with me. lol. They really smell bad. Like im ill. I certainly feel ill.

How can i stop feeling sick? what can i do to get better? i cant stand the smell of my farts anymore.

Answers:
you gotta poop it out girk,
Drink water and eat small amounts ... no yogurt. Read the ingredients ...one of them may be carageenan . it's a thickening agent extracted from kelp ... in quantity it'll really send your stomach for a loop.
yep, yogurt would do that and add fruit to it? Self destruction!
Drink something hot like tea or coffee, you need to go to the bathroom and when you do go- warn those around you to steer clear!!
Yogurt and cottage cheese not only gas you up but also irritate your bowels if you eat too much of it- not to mention fruit alone cleans you out-
