It could be a few things: hot flashes? allergic reaction? flu?
I think since it has happened without an actual rise in your temp, it may be an allergic reaction. It may be to anything, food, environmental, topical (like lotions, cleansers, etc), sun exposure. Is there anything that this most recent one has in common with the last time?
Try taking a benadryl and go see a doctor.
