Answers:
You should be fine using Topamax with you other meds. Topamax is not used to fight anxiety, it is an anti-seizure medication. Many doctors and scientists think that seizures and migraine headaches are cause by the same thing. Taking a low dose of Topamax may help you if it is the same cause. I was taking it for a while for my migraines but stopped taking it because I really didn't get any benefit from it. I was also at the time taking a muscle relaxer and an anti-depressant. It shouldn't cause any bad side effects with you other meds or you doctor wouldn't have suggested it.

Hope that if you do take it, it helps you. Good luck!
