we really like Band-Aid Anti-Itch Gel for immediate cooling relief. it used to be called Rhuli Gel.
it could be mosquitos try wearing a blanket... umm.. it could also be some bed bug bites you could use the itching cream or a cream thats called bioderm

If u want to get rid of them never ever scratch ..i know it is very itchy but no stop scratching and just rub it when ever it is itchy because it makes such worst marks on the leg(Iam sufferring now) try to apply some type of oil it will go away ...
Dissolve some MSG (seasoning) in water to make a paste and put that on the bites. It breaks down the protein which is the main irritant.
They are probably chiggers. You sit in a chair that they were nested in. They are very pesty little things, you dont know they have you till your got. Try clear finger nail polish. A dot on top of every bite. It seals them and they smother and dry up. It will be a few days till they are better but this helps.
