Vomiting and gaging?

Ok so, this morning I woke up, and felt close to I was going to throw up. I have a drink of water, afterwards felt a bit better. But I be cold so, I went to flop in my bed again. I go to sleep, and woke up around 2 hours later dry heaving totally, so bad my BF come in and held my forehead and chest.
After that I feel a bit better so I got up and sit on the couch, I was still ok afetr that so I get in the shower, I have just get in and I started to gag and burp, so i rushed into the toilet. I burped alot and did the throwing up motion but singular neon yellow bile come up, and I had to push muted hard. So I get back within the shower and then I feel really light head and suddenly I stared to throw up, I rused into the toilet and threw up heavly, and burped and gaged. One again my BF came surrounded by to help me by holding me on my forehead while I be throwing up. I turned off the shower, dried and lay down, which cause me to dry heave again, and I threw up more neon bile.
