My feet are like ice! D: ?


Question:
Seriously, this is neverending. Since I can remember, my feet have always been freezing! Like, dead cold but they're fine. They're normal colour, and I can move them, but im tired of having freezing feet! If it's related, my legs are often achy (Though that may just be my low potassium... *Sigh*) and whenever I my legs/ feet get cold all these little red/purplish blood vessels come up and it looks kinda wierd. They dont pop out of the skin but you see all this red. Also, I know I have bad circulation because I always nearly black out when I stand up... Anyway, just wondering, is this something I should check into with the doc?
