I have BP measuring 110/80 most of the times. Is it a problem?

Question:
I have a job which involves completion of many time bound things. It is a stressful job. I smoke one or two cigs a day. I exercise and jog alternate day. Do I need medical aid?

Answers:
Its the lower figure being the one you need to watch. Just for you asking this question leads me to think you might suffer from anxiety. If this is the case it could account for the elevated lower reading. What is the problem with speaking to your doctor and asking for some sound solid advice. All it takes is some time. Under my profile there is a link to a good anxiety site, knowledge is power remember, just something you might want to consider, but better safe than sorry.
Nope that means you are healthy. Normal is 120/80 so you are doing better than fine considering your stress level.
no
blood pressure is good, but the 80 is approaching the area where doctors tend to say you need to eat and perform better

the only thing really against you here, despite only one or two a day, is smoking
no that's well within the normal range...
your blood pressure is find but may you should address the anxiety with a doctor That way you do not increase you nicotine intake
Your BP is perfect. Just stop smoking today!,you'll prevent problems later in life.
No your Fine a Normal Blood pressure depending on who you ask is 120/80 or 110/70 so either way, your good.
