My stomach always growls?

The sound that you're hearing is your digestive system working a bit overtime. This can be a sign of a few things. But more than anything, its likely that some combination of foods and drink that you've had has caused a fermentation process in your digestive tract. Many find relief by eating yogurt and other neutralizing foods for a few days to a couple of weeks to allow their bodies the chance to clean out. During this sort of time, drinking plenty of water, unsweetened fruit juices--while negating pop and cutting back or negating caffeine for just a bit--are all really important. If you find that it is particularly loud after eating dairy products like cheese or butter, you may find that some acidophilus will help--there are milks made with this added if you just look. It is a positive flora for your stomach and helps lactose intolerant people digest dairy.
If it becomes painful or truly bothersome, consult a doctor and nutritionist for further help with diagnosis and treatment. Good luck!!
You have worms.
You are swallowing too much air. When you eat or drink try to be conscious of how much air you take in. The sound of growling is air or gas moving through the digestive system. Do you pass alot of gas? That's it! Are you a farter?
The about to growl feeling may be signs of something else. I used to have that feeling and then began to have pain associated with it. Come to find out I had burned the lining of my stomach by taking too much ibuprofen. If it's bothersome talk to your doctor.
