SLOOOOOOOOOW DOWN.
its the only way to get more energy. other than working out and changing your diet -ie- STOP drinking sodas, energy drinks etc. no candy and none of that no doz crap. you need to stick to greens, kale more so, eat lots of avocados and tomato's. no more dorito's and crap of that nature.
its the only way you'll get your energy going. no drugs will keep you up long enough to aviod a horrible come down.
Just eat right. How is no-doz working for you?
legally- take caffeine and energy pills
illegally-get some concerta, adderall xr or other ADHD medicine, works as speed if you don't have ADHD
I would suggest to start taking vitamins.
May be you just need to listen to your body and relax when it needs to relax. by stimulating your body when it is tired you just make it work harder and eventually burn off. relax and enjoy the rest.
those no-doz are addicting, take some Vitemans, they help and C, or go to the doctor and talk to him about that you problem
B6 and B12 vitamins are very helpful for low energy. I take a "total energy tablet everyday with b vitamins in it. It helps me a great deal. protein is another way to improve your energy.
Red Bull really works. Bananas are also really good for energy. But, Red Bull is my thing. I wrok two jobs and Red Bull and Coffeee keep me alive.
Vitamin water.
coffee
what I do is I eat a lot of snacks constantly (if your job will allow it). the granola bars help me a lot and candy once in a while will also help get boosts of energy. what you want to do is know your limit before you get ina sugar rush because then after it's over, you crash. fruits and vegetables also are great snacks. and GET OFF OF THE SODA. it's bad for your body anyway and if you reduce, then you can wake up if you drink a lot for that quick boost that you need, but use it sparingly. power naps are also good if you have the time. just 10-15 minutes and you'll feel re-energized. they really do help.
Four good energy boosters are chlorophyll, barley grass, wheatgrass and Coenzyme Q10.
