Aw bless you angel. There are a few things that could cause this, one could well be the actual stress being caused from your illness, hair loss is common it people with high levels of stress and upset and body hair is often the first to go. Without knowing your illness it is hard to say, could be part of a long term drain on the body, could be a side effect from some of your medication. Don't be shy about bring this up with your doctor, that's what he/she is there for and if it puts your mind at rest all the better, the last thing you need is more stress right now. If you still feel uncomfortable and you'd like some more advise or help then drop me a line by email, I'm more than happy to help. Hope you feel better! Big hugs!
it may be possible to apply some Rogaine. it may or may not help though, depending what's causing your eyebrows to fall out.
Only when my thyroid was playing up.
I only know of one reason for eyebrows falling off and that is when my sister went through chemotheraphy for cancer treatment. It is due to the radiation. Not sure of your reason but you should tell the doctor about this as it may be due to a reaction from the medicine you take. If it is, he could change the dosage or prescribed you with something else. You should definitely tell the doctor unusual changes to the body given that you have this long illness. Take care and don't be too anxious.
You could be having some side effects from the meds that u are taking. You should tell your doctor so that he can give a better medication. Just in case you are reacting to meds.
I had that. But I was very ill with cancer. Our hair is the first place to show our health is poor, and our nails too.
I lost all my hair when I had chemo, so I can guess how you feel.
Invest in a good eyebrow pencil, practise putting it on.Light soft strokes, not a thick line.
