Symptoms: aching pain in very lower back when lying down, worsens at night when inactive. What is it?

Question:
I was recently treated for a uti and am still having a bit of pain in my lower stomach pelvis region, too. I feel the pain in my back when lying down, but pain in my stomach when up and moving around. Any ideas?
I went to the dr. and he just completely dismissed it, but as time goes on the back pain just gets worse. Help!

Answers:
it could be an inflammation of the sacro-lumbar joint. apply locally some anti-inflammatory jelly and try doing some physical exercises regularly, they surely helped me. as for the stomach pain, i don't know what to advice
