Question: Period + high school tryouts = bad!?
what can i do??

i have 2 a day tryouts all week and of course my period is also all week

i get rly bad cramps and nausia when on my period

i dont want to tell my coach((who im actually close with)) because then she will think that im slacking and stuff cuz my game would be off

what should i do?

btw.its for field hockey and its all girls

tell your coach that you're having your period and if he/she has seen you play then they should be okay with letting you try out later
