Could be mucus caused by a sinus infection or allergies. Try taking over-the-counter allergy medicine like Drixoral Cold & Allergy to see if it helps. If you can't get Drixoral, try to find something with the same active ingredients.
get some listerene mouthwash and have a good gargle
It's just phlegm, which tends to increase when you have an upper respiratory tract infection.
Do you smoke? if so then that's what happens (smokers are generally phlegmy) if not then you probably have a chest infection if it hasn't cleared up with in a week go see your GP.

if its just started could be ur getting a cold. if u have had it for a while see doc to check prob, maybe u have an infection.
You are producing more mucous than usual by the sound of it. This may be coming from the nose and dripping down, or coming up from the chest. The duration of your symptoms is critical and it is also vital to know if you smoke. There is just too little in your question for a safe suggestion. In view of this all I can say is if you are worried go see your GP!
