My chest really hurts , really sharp pains just sore hard to breath it hurts to do anything not sure whats wrong, have not been sick and have not done anything to pull a muscle does not feel like that

Could be pain cause from FIBROMYALGIA.

If the pain increases when you take a deep breath in, it is usually pleuritic (lung) pain. If the pain is dull, crushing or radiates to other parts of your body (jaw, arm, shoulder) it could be a sign of myocardial infarction (heart attack). If it is pleuritic pain, take some pain relief and see your doctor if it persists.
