How do I get fat and strong?


Question:
I am a 36 year old male, single. I have no bad habits. I am extremely thin and look small for my age. Also, I feel tired and exhausted all the time, with no strength in my body. I just want to get fat (yes, honest), strong and feel healthy and active all the time. Please advise. Simple and easy-to-follow tips, especially, are most welcome.

Hello i would say work out and eat maccas work out in the arms and all and some of the belly if ya want fat yea maccas or fatty foods with meat and all ...cheers
i think your problem is psychic not bodily.it is better to marriage to a woman and your life will be better.
Fat does not equal healthy. You probably need to change your diet and/or sleeping habits if you find yourself with little energy. If you want to put on weight, increase your calories intake and start working out. Getting fat is not the answer to your problems.

do you rely want to be fat well i would say wait till you hit forty then the fat comes with a vengeance and gravity takes it toll LOL but seriously healthy diet and and excise build a bit of mussel up if your exhausted start small and weight lift a tin of baked beans out of the cupboard use them like dum bells its a start and good luck
First of all, you say you are healthy, so don't stress about your thiness and weakness because that may be the reason you're like you are. Just forget about it, throw it out the window. Eat well. Indulge yourself into good tasting foods and when you reach 40 watch out!! here it comeeee! your bodies metabolism starts to change from what you are now to the opposite.
Join a gym. I'm like you, but a bit younger. I never liked going to the gym, so I never did.

A while ago I was feeling tired all the time. I was advised to join a guy and work out 20 to 40 minutes a day.

I did and now I feel great and look good. the fat just burns right of and I feel like Conan the barbarian. Once I began to build mass in my arms and legs, I started to feel more agile and had more power.

The best advice I can give you is: Join a gym for 3 months.
You will not regret it.
