[Blood] Medical to English translation needed?

Question:
Well in my blood test results it says

"Autoantibody screen, rheumatoid factor latex screen, immunoglobulins, liver and renal function, thyroad, FBC (Hb 13.4)"

and...

"but MCV is 85.6, visc. 1.71 (upper limit of normal quoted is 1.72"

They are the two bits I dont get, I cant find anything on it in Wikipedia, but I found out what Ferritin is lol (that was in there to)

Please explain to me!
Thanks,

- Mike
