What is this??

Question:
my legs hurt wen i sit down?? but r fine wen i get up?? wat is that and is it serious

Answers:
It could be a lot of things depending on where it hurts and the type of pain you're having. It could be anything from a knot in the muscle which needs to be massaged, or a pinch of the nerve in your leg which just needs to be readjusted so it's not in the same position, or even something serious which may need to be looked at by a doctor.

If you continuously feel the pain, try massaging the area or adjusting the way you sit- if it still hurts without stopping, you may need to consult someone with more medical knowledge.
maybe ur sitting down a little to much
have you been doing excercise you normally don't do. Because that could be the answer, usually that means you don't usually don't get the excercise in that area, and there not used too it, but there's nothing to worry about. I get it all the time, but if you really are walking a lot, and doing a lot of leg work, don't stop, because next time you decide to climb up the stairs again and again, they might hurt again. I would recommend only 20 minutes of excercise at least 3 times a week. But if you don't excercise and it's not the case, talk to your doctor too see if it's a sprain, what's the worst that could happen, besides getting it off your chest, and not letting it bother you
