Tiggling more than likely is coming from your neck if it is in your arms or shoulders or surrounding body areas. Neck pain and probelms come and go, they don't have to always be constant, the pain levels can fall and rise based on stress, activity, and other conditions. Dizzy, could be from heat or lack of fluids (are you drinking enough water?) jaw bone tightness can be from over use (do you talk to much-lol-just kidding) There is a condition that effects the jaw, you would have to be seen by a MD though to know that for sure. Have you had a tetnus shot in the last 5-10 years? cut by anything rusty? Pain in your head could also be from lack of fluids, think of it as the brain needs moisture and if you are not drinking it drying out, causing pain (a metaphor). How many pillows do you use while you sleep? you could be laying in a bad position causes neck pain, try a lower/flatter pillow, so your neck is not up higher than your body, or a theraputic one, you can buy at drug store or from a chiropractor, not expensive, after neck surgery my ex used one and it worked great! about price range from 12.00 to 25.00 depends on where you go. Could also contribute to head pain, if you are pinching a nerve, and x-ray of the cervical area is the only way to be sure, but steriod injections could help they do an occiptal nerve block (ONB) or a CSI (cervical steriod injection) insurance pays for it, if you have it, and anestheologist do these and pain mgt. -relief last anywhere from 1-6 months depends on the person. You can try heat or ice to see if it releives the pain, your shoulder blade could be muscle spasms too. Dizziness also again can be from lack of fluids of heat-do you work outside? Did you pull a muscle and not know it. If it's a strained neck you need to rest and ice it every 20 min with in the hour. A strained neck can affect all the other muscles you are describing. Take a Ibuprofen for the pain and inflammation.
