It's Ok to sneeze but you should try to be more subdued than normal. Don't just howl out a good ACHOOO slobber slobber slobber. Kind up sneeze into your hand and try to hold back. It is a solemn moment just keep it subdued. The above is true for farts too but maybe you should hold those.
Try to close both mouth and nose holding breath at the same time. If problem persist get out and sneeze freely out side.

You have to let it out. You can't stop it. It's a natural reflex so don't feel embarrassed, if you have to sneeze you have to sneeze.

Seeing as a sneeze is simply an irritation in the upper nose you can prevent it quite easily!! Put your finger across the bridge of your nose (the dip at the top of your nose between your eyes) and push hard!! Not painfully hard but it will take away the irritation. If anyone happens to be looking at you you'll look vaguely rediculous but better than getting everyones attention by sneezing!!
