How do you get thinner legs?


Question:
My legs are not fat at all, just very muscular. I tried to exercise (run, swim, jog) but I think they just got bigger. I guess I need to lose the musles, but how?

Just don't worry about it...Nothing you can do.
running and jogging make them bigger. I don't know if there is anything you can do.

Run long long distances.

When you run like marathons your body runs out of carbs and fat and then burs muscle.

look at Marathon runners they are strong twigs.
Well, if it's muscle then that's just how your body is and you'll just have to live with it. The only thing I can suggest is to cut back on running, that way maybe you'll lose some of the muscle.
