Anyone else having insomnia?


Question:
I usually fall asleep pretty easily, but for some reason tonight I didn't get to sleep until 2 and woke up at 6. What can I do to go to sleep? Please help I'm supposed to wake up in an hour!

This is really effective method. Whenever I cannot sleep, I use it. At first, dip your feet in hot water for 15-20 minutes. You can add hot water in between to prevent the water get cold. The height of water must be higher than your ankle. After 15-20 minutes, wipe your feet with towel and remove moisture between toes with drier and put on socks - this is very important. Socks make your feet keep warm, which helps your blood circulation during you lie down and help you fall asleep.
If you intend to be awake in an hour and at the same time get some sleep between now and then, the first thing that you should do is get off your computer, make the room dark, throw off some worries that might be troubling you and hit the bed.

I only got about 4 hours of sleep myself.
Oh, no, I can sleep like a log for 7-10 hours straight. Sorry you are having trouble falling asleep. Try taking a tablespoon on honey right before bed.
Won't help you now, but for the next time - get comfy in bed, turn on the TV, set the sleeper to 10 or 15 minutes and turn to the Golf Channel.

Most of the time that will put you out cold in 17 to 20 seconds. I do this occasionally and I've never been awake when the TV turns off.

My God watching people playing an already boring game on TV is so mind numbing you'd fall asleep 10 minutes after waking from a 10 year coma.
