Breathing problem?
it usualy only happens at night for some reason but when im laying down my breathing gets shorter and last night i caught myself like... not breathing a couple times and had to take a huge breath and my heart was pounding y'know and it scared me half to death, i was scared to sleep but when i wake up it seems like im ok, and once i had to sit up to breathe because it kinda hurt and felt like my lungs were getting crushed or something. i dont know whats wrong or if theres anything wrong at all but i was asking just in case.
I enjoy be coughing, getting stomach ache, and throwing up. I haven't told anyone. What should I do?

it happens more often than you think, but can still be scary when it happens. There are times when I am awake and I start to wonder when the last time i took a breate was. Then of course since i'm thinking abotu it i breathe again.
(and you went to the hospital and described your symptoms and they couldn't deduce sleep apnea? are you serious?)
Any sugestion or suplement i can take to be taller?
Sometimes I have the same problem.I have Asthma.Go see a doctor and get your puffer prescribed :/.
Help! My life is falling apart because of my panic attacks!?
I don't think that it is asthma, as usually with that you get wheezy and tight chested and it would be happening throughout the day and not just at night.
Can i ask if you are overweight? As this can happen to larger people when they lay flat on their backs.
I would go to the docs if its happening a lot, atleast then hopefully they would be able to give you a proper diagnosis.

Do you look older or younger than you actually are?
you may have bronchitis which is an inflammation of the lungs that causes you to have breathing problems. a more chronic type of bronchitis is asthma. check with your doctor
The not breathing thing..sounds like there could be some sleep apnea involved. Apnea is where your brain kind of forgets to make your body take a breath. It can be very dangerous. A lot of times your bodies defense mechanism will kick in & your brain will go.. Oh yeah, I forgot to breathe. Then all of a sudden you take a deep breath. This lack of oxygen in the lungs & then a great big breath of oxygen could be what is making the lungs hurt. My niece has sleep apnea & uses a bi-pap machine to make sure she breathes. Your doctor can better help you with this. Schedule an appointment if you are concerned. By the way, I do this all the time myself. At night, sleeping away & all of a sudden I jump awake, choking & coughing & taking a big deep breath, because I forgot to breathe while I was sleeping. Best of luck with this. Hope this helps you somewhat. :)
