Best way to word this guy's... erm... condition?

Question:
I was looking at a story I wrote a few years ago, and ran into one of my characters.

He was the main character's uncle. He looked, sounded (voice-wise) and dressed like a woman, but was, and acted like, a man.

No, seriously. He was male (had a Y chromosome and a penis), and was straight, but had a pretty face, an hourglassy body and breasts all his life (it was a condition he was born with.)

While I'm still rubbing my temples from thinking about what I must have been smoking to create characters like these, what's the best way to term something like this?

Answers:
Gynecomastia is where the thyroid gland produces too much hormone in men that will enlarge the breast tissue.

Also an over production of estrogen will cause fat to be stored around the hip area.

Its not strange, what you "created"...this uncommon occurrence is more common than you think--and has been for hundreds of years...and more than likely since the beginning.
