Answers:
If I knew somebody who did that, I'd call 911.
Nothing good. Taking 10 of any pill is not good and you don't need to be a doctor to know that.
I would think that you would need to get to the ER.that may not be a good idea..you will need to get your stomach pumped.naproxen isnt a nice drug..it works well, but is harsh on your body..
You might get an upset stomach or stomach pain.
You should call a poison control center or go to an emergency department. Naproxen can be poisonous if you take too much.

Signs of naproxen poisoning include:
Diarrhea
Nausea
Stomach pain
Vomiting
Slow, labored breathing
Confusion
Headache

Be sure to look on the bottle to find out how much total was taken.
Probably overdose. you shouldnt exceed the recommened dose of 220mg twice a day.

Symptoms of a naproxen overdose may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, dizziness, drowsiness, headache, ringing in the ears, blurred vision, seizures, sweating, numbness or tingling, little or no urine production, and slow breathing.
Best to seek medical advice... because not one of those symptoms are good!
It matter how many milligrams they are. But 10 sounds like too many. I'd go to the emergency room and see what they say. You might have to drink charcoal to dilute the medicine, or they might give you syrup of ipecac to make you throw up.
Read what it does. Ususally 10 pills (narcotics, sleeping pills, etc) is within the overdose range.
