How far do they stick the q-tips down your throat? Like to the cheeks or down down? My throat is very sore and it is hard to swallow and yes i had a headache and body ache and a fever headache a couple of days ago.

usually the back of the throat - if you open your mouth and go directly in until you can't go any more. by your tonsils or just past the uvula which hangs down in the middle. It only takes a second.
You need to let them check though, if you wait it could turn to something worse that can be harder on your body - your heart.
