Answers:
Is not impossible. Old wives tale, I've done it many times and perhaps should do a youtube on it. It is hard, but not impossible.. nothing happens except your eyes water a little. Dang... just checked and many other people have already Youtubed this.

Help beside bein' ticklish?

You would tear your eyelids apart in the attempt. It is an involuntary reflex to shut your eyes when you sneeze, and the only way to prevent it would be to force the eyelids open via some mechanical method or perhaps with superglue.
At the point when you sneeze though, I'm thinking the reflex would be so great that it would tear the skin in the attempt to close.
As for the eyeballs blowing out, They might could pop out, but you might be able to poke them back in as they would be attached with the optic nerve.
