How much safe dosage of Vitamin E do I need to take everday?

Question:
There are many medical literatures saying that taking Vitamin E is good but there are some saying too much of it is bad because it's fat soluable vitamins. Now can anyone tell me what's the safest dosages do I need to take everyday which will not be harmful for my health?

Answers:
The recommended daily intake of vitamin E is 15 mg , that amount should usually be taken from our daily food , now if you suspect that you're not taking enough of vitamin E you should consult your health care provider for recommendations since as you said vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin which means it accumulates in your body , and mega doses may lead to bleeding , so I don't recommend taking vitamin E supplements on your own .
