She needs to see a neurologist to find out what is causing the headaches and then the neurologist will help you find preventative meds or a treatment that will work once he finds out what is causing them. Get a referral or appointment to see a neurologist ASAP.
has she had a head injury in the past if she did that narmol if not she is having mindgrains t(if to the point we she crys alot about it)take her to the family doctor
I would NOT administer any otc means of medication , but seek professional help. probably this could be a serious issue is high
She may be dehydrated. My friends 6 year old was having the same problem and the doctor told her to drink more water. Not juice or soda or anything else. Water. She does not get any more headaches.
you need to take her to the emergency room and get it chacked out. dose she drink a lot of water that could be an issue or she hit here head vary hard on something !
Children complain about physical ailments even if it's an emotional problem. Has she been molested? There is something bothering her or something wrong, I'd have her at the Doctor's office, a 6 yr old should NOT be having head aches like that!
Me and my daughter both suffer from low blood sugar (Hypoglycemia). When our blood sugar gets too low we get very bad headaches. Likewise, when we eat too much sugar we ALSO get very bad headaches. Something to consider. Watch her sugar (carbs and all) intake. Good luck. I hope she feels better soon. :)
Give her more water (not juice or other sugary drinks). Also, try to cut way down on the amount of processed sugars and caffeine she's eating. You can give her fresh fruits or organic candy, but it could be anything from dehydration, stress or diet inconstansies. If she's having migraines a little chocolate may help. If they are constant, she could be lacking in certain nutrients, or have a serious illness. I would see a doctor to see what you can do for her.
make sure she drinks enough water, possible her blood is concetrated, otherwise you better check up with doctors concerned
