How would you describe being paralysed?

Question:

Especially quadreplegic. How do yo feel about it? or do you know someone who is paralysed and know how they feel?
My brother is and wants to walk.

How do you stay healthy and happy? How do you feel about the whole experience? What did you learn?

Answers:
Helpless. I recently was hospitalized. I was paralyzed and on life support. I could not write or speak or communicate. If it wasn't for loved ones who know how you feel and know what you want you would feel twice as bad. Be fortunate that your not. Or if you have a friend or loved one be by there side. It may be the only thing that saves them.
