At first I thought your question was academic. But the other answers would indicate that you're afraid of being alone and dying alone. Alone meaning without anyone in your life?
Sorry for misunderstanding. Phobias can be overwhelming. Obviously- otherwise they'd be simply fears.
The way I deal with phobias of my own is to analyze where they come from. For instance: I used to be afraid of being alone in a house-- any house. I realized it was from horror movies and an over active imagination. I still struggle with it but realize the chance that there is a hatchet wielding maniac hiding under the bed is slim.

i felt unafraid of death while i was a young man.
nothing could hurt me and i would live forever.
as i grew older and my parents, a few friends, and other people i had come to love or at least like a lot died,
my feelings changed.
i knew i would not be around forever, and looked at life a little differently.
seeing other people badly hurt is a little scary, because something like that can happen to any of us, anytime.
being alone can be scary for some people too.
having someone around when you are scared kind of makes the situation easier to deal with.
