IMPORTANT: How to relieve wedding anxiety jitters, etc and get a GOOD night's sleep!?

Are any brides to be in the or simliar condition. i know it's normal, it's a big day. I'm just nervous about the crowd. the Crowd is the one thing that bothers me most. 130 ppl or so...

All brides are nervous, but you have answered your own question. This is your day, don't worry about the other people, look at your groom and keep your eyes and thoughts on him, everyone and everything else will fade. Sleeping will be hard, you may need to take some Benadryl to help. It is like using a mild sleeping tablet. Good luck and congratulations.
i dont think you can be calmed down this is one of the most exciting things in a womans life. congrats i hope you two have a wonderfull loving life togther! i cant wait till i can renew my vows (far far away maybe out 25th wedding anniv.) and have my special day all over again
