Headache after running even though I was hydrated?

Question:
After I run for a mile or two I get a headache and sometimes dizzy. I drink plenty of water. It can't be the sun because it is inside. It can't be the temperature because it is not extremely hot or cold. what could it be?

NOTE: this happens every time I run

Answers:
hi there you poor thing ! man o' man do i know headaches. check your try-gliss-er-ides. go get a blood test for your sugar levels. it sounds like tou might have your hip, knee, or neck muscle out of place and it's irreating a nerve, seek a message therapist. if nothing else you will know your blood sugar numbers and you;ll feel all gooey all over. try a clinic visit for the stuff if it doesn't work and talk to the Dr. about some Rx's.
strech, and DO NOT drink water before u run
it happens to me when i get up fast or jump high....
that's because the big fast change in our bodies state

try to take a break every half mile or mile
and don't just stop like that...you shd slow down until you walk then stop and don't sit after that no no you shd stay on your feet for 2 minutes so that your body can deal with it

and if it doesn't stop go to a doctor
you may are angry and have intense blood pressure or something

i gues you are still young so don't worry it's just a small thing
how old are you

ALSO DO SOME EXERCISES BEFORE RUNNING

goooood luck
