Sharp, Horrible pains!?

Question:

My entire back from shorlders to my lower back start to hurt if i walk around or sit for only about 1 half hour. I have sharp stabbing pains in my stomach occasionally too. they will last for a while unless i eat something, but even when i do that i feel a bit sick. i cant sleep a full night b/c ill wake up and ill have the stomach pains.. or my back will hurt and i wont be able to lay still. One morning i woke up b/c i was about to vomit, i think it was b/c of all the pain, but i held it in. It been a couple of days now.

I took a pregnacy test, but it was neg. i may take another in a few weeks if this continues, but i dont want to tell my mom yet, b/c if i am prego, i dont want her to know, b/c then she wont let me get rid of it.

what do you think this is from!?!? food poisoning? any opinons are welcome. but dont lecture me on talking to my mom about maybe being prego--not your buisness. mk? thanks :)

man you shoulkd see a doctor, it could be cramps, but cramps dont usually make you vomit.

Sounds more like an STD or the beginning stages of HIV. Go to planned parenthood and get tested because these are classic symptoms.

Maybe you have a stomach infection. I'm just guessing here. Even a doctor on this site can't diagnose a problem unless he/she examines you. Go see a doctor before your condition gets worse.
