Social Security Disablities Benefits-Unusual Symptoms?
I had a bi-lateral subderal hemotoma surgery. At present I am appealing the denial. I am a senior, and would put on the Windfall due to mortal a city worker. Since the fall on the garage cement, I enjoy short-term memory, word find, extreme fatigue, and confusion. I have great difficulty and release frustration in spoken narratives, but have the competency to write. I write letters to my home when I difficulty in explaining. . According to the neurologist it may run years to recover due to the tough hit. I am 62 years old, and have to retire.

My question is do you have a sneaking suspicion that I have a randomness to be considered for disability based upon these symptoms? I hold checked SSA website, and it is not clear.

A single subdural hematoma is extremely serious and take years to recover, a double one is extreme. You are amazingly luck - though I don't believe in luck. You own just said you have to retire. Your life is in a minute changed. I have taken concern of a patient that have 2 subdural hematomas and she was on disability - not competent to take nurture of herself. I understand your difficulty within doing everyday tasks. Remember - one thing at a time and try not to bring back frustrated. Also, the brain is a funny thing. It have a "mind" of its own (pardon the pun). It could fully recover on you tomorrow, but afterwards again it may not. Get you a lawyer and start calling them today. i am currently trying to ss disability too. honourable luck. its a long drawn out process. I had a quadruple heart bypass something like 3 yrs. ago and have not fully recovered from it. I immediately do a procedure called apheresis and purely had a surgery for a fistula (that doesnt work immediately need another surgery within the other arm for a graft) good luck next to your ss disability!!
