I have a serious problems waking up in the morning need help please?

physically - make sure to go to bed earlier to get enough sleep time. take some kind of herbal meds to assist with sleeping more soundly (hops, valerian root stuff like that). Destress your life. Prepare the stuff you need for the next morning the night before (clothes, lunch, materials, etc.).
